Another great HJM Bike order!

Just received my order from last week for a spare tire and a new taillight. Everything arrived quickly, and I was able to use a promo code at checkout like always. It's why I keep coming back, plus their multi-bike bundle deals are tough to beat compared to Aventon or Lectric. It’s also nice knowing their bikes come mostly pre-assembled, saving a ton of time. 👍

Another great bike, minor brake adjustment needed

This is my third purchase from HJM Bike, and as usual, the process was straightforward. I picked up the HJM Toury during their seasonal sale, and the automatic discount was a nice bonus, though I did try a couple of old promo codes first at checkout! The bike itself is solid, and I really appreciate the hydraulic disc brakes for their stopping power, especially after riding models with mechanical brakes. My only minor nitpick is that I had to do a small adjustment on the front brake caliper out of the box, but it was quick and easy. Their warranty period is also a strong selling point, knowing they stand behind their products.

Great value, solid HJM Transer

The HJM Transer has been a fantastic purchase. I was able to use a promo code at checkout, which saved me 15% on the bike. Shipping to Hawaii was super quick, which I was really happy about. I even checked out their replacement batteries just to see future costs, and they look reasonable. Compared to some other brands like Rad Power Bikes, HJM Bike offers really competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. Definitely recommend checking out their sales.

Good value for an ebike

I was looking for an affordable ebike and the HJM Mars looked like a great option. I snagged it during a seasonal sale, which saved me a decent amount. Shipping was free, which was a nice bonus. The whole purchase felt like a good deal for what I got.

Love my new Koala!

My HJM Koala just arrived and I'm so excited! It's even better than I thought it would be. The folding ebike feature is super convenient for my apartment. The pedal assist works great, and the fat tires make the ride really smooth. I took it for a spin around the neighborhood and already got compliments. I'm telling all my friends about it!

Detailed HJM Transer experience

I purchased the HJM Transer electric cargo bike a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation quickly. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated timeframe. The bike arrived in a large box, and it was mostly assembled, which saved me a lot of time. I only had to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. The included instructions were clear enough. I had a quick question about the LCD display panel, and their customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful answer. The build quality seems solid, and the ride is smooth even with a load. The battery life has been as advertised. It's definitely helped with my grocery runs.

Decent ebike, minor issue

I bought the HJM Mars for commuting. The price was competitive, and the free shipping was a plus. Delivery took around 7 days, which was reasonable. The bike itself is solid, the motor is powerful enough for my daily route, and the battery life is good. My only small gripe was that one of the ebike fenders arrived with a tiny scratch, probably from shipping, but it wasn't a big enough deal to return it. Overall, it's a good bike for the money, just wish the packaging was a bit more robust for the accessories.

Fast shipping, good bike

Ordered an HJM Toury. Arrived in 6 days. Bike was mostly assembled. Rides well. No issues.

Reliable as always

This was my third bike from HJM Bike, this time the HJM Toury Step-Thru. Just like with my previous HJM Mars, the ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on time, arriving in about a week. The bike arrived well-packaged. It's good to see their consistency; that's why I keep coming back when I need another ebike.
